Yes. Quotes open in any mobile browser — no app install, no login. Customers review, initial each section if you've enabled it, and sign with a finger. You get a notification the moment they open and sign it, plus a timestamped audit trail for your records.
Card payments are 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction (standard Stripe pricing) and ACH bank transfers are 0.8% capped at $5 per transaction. SparkyRole adds zero markup — you pay Stripe's rate directly. You can also choose to pass the card fee to the customer at checkout.
